چکیده

This study aimed to verify the potential of three Aspergillus and Bacillus species as growth promoters in cotton plants under greenhouse conditions. The experiment was conducted with a completely randomized design seven treatments (six microorganisms plus one control) five replicates until flowering stage at 70 days after emergence. inoculation velezensis (Bv188) subtilis (Bs248 Bs290) had positive effect on total nitrogen extraction (899.31, 962.18, 755.41 mg N/kg dry matter, respectively) compared control (459.31 weight), phosphorus (121.94, 124.31, 99.27 P/kg (65.10 matter), matter (41.08, 43.59, 49.86 g/plant, (26.70 g/plant), well biomass carbon (72.26, 35.18, 14.7 mg/kg soil, respectively). Cotton inoculated brasiliensis (F111), sydowii (F112), sp. ( versicolor section) (F113) higher (953.33, 812.59, 891.62 (122.30, 104.86, 118.45 (37.52, 37.41, 53.02 g/plant) greater respiratory activity (14.98, 10.43, 7.11 CO 2 /100 g (3.5 soil). fungi A. (F111) (F112) promoted absorption by plants, which reflected lower amount nutrients soil (7.10 16.96 P/dm 3 soil) than (26.91 results suggest that B. 248 an increase extracted from roots phosphorous compounds root increased value activity, this bacterium could be used inoculant crops.

Antimicrobial Growth Promoters and Salmonella spp., Campylobacter spp. in Poultry and Swine, Denmark

The use of antimicrobial growth promoters in Danish food animal production was discontinued in 1998. Contrary to concerns that pathogen load would increase; we found a significant decrease in Salmonella in broilers, swine, pork, and chicken meat and no change in the prevalence of Campylobacter in broilers.

Eucalyptus growth promotion by endophytic Bacillus spp.

Clonal eucalyptus plantings have increased in recent years; however, some clones with high production characteristics have vegetative propagation problems because of weak root and aerial development. Endophytic microorganisms live inside healthy plants without causing any damage to their hosts and can be beneficial, acting as plant growth promoters. We isolated endophytic bacteria from euc...

Interactive effects of hypobaria, low temperature, and CO2 atmospheres inhibit the growth of mesophilic Bacillus spp. under simulated martian conditions

Robotic spacecraft are launched with finite levels of terrestrial microorganisms that are similar to the microbial communities within facilities in which spacecraft are assembled. In particular, spores of mesophilic aerobic Bacillus species are common spacecraft contaminants considered most likely to survive interplanetary transfer to Mars. During the cruise phase to Mars, and then again during...

Trichocomaceae: biodiversity of Aspergillus spp and Penicillium spp residing in libraries.

INTRODUCTION Atmospheric air is the most common vehicle for the dispersion of fungi. Fungi belonging to the genera Aspergillus and Penicillium are cosmopolitan and are classified in the family Trichocomaceae. Species of the genera are commonly found in soil, decaying organic materials, animal feed, stored grains, and other materials. This study aimed to determine the taxonomic diversity of airb...
